The providers ("we", "us", "our") of the service provided by this forum/community web site ("Service") are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. Content submitted represents the views/opinions of its author only and not us as the provider.

Unregistered users may only view the forum. To post comments and/or photos, users will be required to register.

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age do not register. We do not condone underage members using this Service, having consultations or undergoing treatments. In registering for this Service, you are representing that you are 18 years or older.

The Service is split into several sections relating specifically to areas such as the body, face, eyes, hair, and teeth. Users are reminded to stay on topic in the relevant forum section relating to the procedure they have had or would maybe like.

We are open to creating a welcoming social environment and politely request users to respect other members.

You agree to not use the Service to submit or link to any Content which is knowingly false, inaccurate or harmful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity or otherwise violates any laws. Furthermore, you also agree to not use the Service to submit or link to other comparison sites/forums, and/or unsolicited advertisements for treatments, goods or services, whether posted in a forum or sent as a direct message.

User-generated Content that constitutes any of the above will be deleted. Any user found to be posting material of that nature will be banned from the Service. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content or your conduct.

You agree to not upload copyrighted content without the consent of the original author nor content that is private and/or confidential. Any material of that nature will be removed from the Service.

You understand that by uploading images to the Service, you waive any legal rights to ownership. Hence, please do not submit or upload content that is considered private and/or confidential. We cannot prevent an image from being screenshot or grabbed.

Non-Medics advertising or performing treatments on the Service, including international providers, are prohibited. Any user found to be posting material of that nature will be banned from the Service.

You are not free to attack, degrade or insult anyone on this Service. While diversity and differences of opinions are appreciated, if you strongly disagree with a comment of another user, users are actively discouraged from engaging in online verbal exchanges.

You are not permitted to flounce and/or announce to users of the Service that you are leaving or deleting your account. Any material of that nature will be deleted from the Service.

Comments and/or photos that contain derogatory words concerning religion, race, culture or sexual orientation will not be tolerated. Any user found to be posting comments and/or photos of such nature will be banned from the Service.

Abusive or personal comments about someone’s body, face, teeth or hair will be deleted. Any user found to be posting comments of that nature will be banned from the Service.

If you do not like another users photo or result, we ask that you remain mindful of the other user, and avoid posting comments that can be hurtful to those brave enough to post their own experiences.

If you are unhappy with a medical/healthcare professional, we ask that you are mindful of the words and phrases you use when talking about them. Everyone is allowed an opinion and freedom of speech when expressing their happiness or dissatisfaction, but harassment or defamatory posts will not be allowed or tolerated.

Users of the Service who identify as a certified medical/healthcare professional, and that have been vetted by us, will be identifiable on the Service as a "Certified Medical Professional".

To register as a "Certified Medical Professional" on the Service, a user must provide a valid NMC, GMC or GDC number and valid photo identification such as Passport ID. A user registered as a "Certified Medical Professional" on the Service who is found to have provided fraudulent information/identification will be banned from the Service and reported to the relevant medical authorities.

We are not liable for the repercussions of a medical professional's comments or advice via the Service as the advice can differ/vary in opinions and on individual cases. Any advice provided on the Service does not constitute the same level of advice as offered in an in-person examination.

Users (or any individual for that matter) with doubts following treatment should seek the advice of their Dr/Nurse. In the case of any emergency following treatment call 999.

The Service forums are monitored regularly. All content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available to the Service ("Content") may be reviewed by staff members. If you believe inappropriate content has been submitted, please use the report button to alert a moderator.

We may remove or modify any Content submitted at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion.

We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

The terms may be changed at any time without notice.
